* MAX_EFFECTIVE_BALANCE: 32 ETH on [[mainnet]], usually 3.2 ETH on testnets

 geth --[[goerli]] --http

 --network [[prater]]

 Never use real ETH to join a testnet! All of the testnets listed here use [[Goerli ETH]] which is basically worthless.
