Canonical Livepatch Service apply kernel patches without rebooting, it is available in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.[1]
- sudo snap install canonical-livepatch
- sudo canonical-livepatch enable [TOKEN]
