Group
az repos pr : Manage pull requests.
Subgroups:
policy : Manage pull request policy.
reviewer : Manage pull request reviewers.
work-item : Manage work items associated with pull requests.
Commands:
checkout : Checkout the PR source branch locally, if no local changes are present.
create : Create a pull request.
list : List pull requests.
set-vote : Vote on a pull request.
show : Get the details of a pull request.
update : Update a pull request.
