In SQL Server, this statement modifies a database, or the files and filegroups associated with the database.
ALTER DATABASE your_db OWNER TO your_user;
ALTER DATABASE database_name CHARACTER SET character_set_name COLLATE collation;
ALTER DATABASE old_database_name RENAME TO new_database_name;
