RateGain is a global provider of SaaS solutions for the hospitality and travel industry. Founded in 2004,[1] RateGain has 1400+ customers around the globe that include hotels, airlines, OTAs, car rentals, cruise liners & ferries, travel management companies, vacation rentals, and package providers.

RateGain is headquartered in Noida, India.[2] It also has offices abroad in cities like Dallas, Chicago, Miami, Barcelona, and London.

History

RateGain acquired DHISCO (Distribution Hospitality Intelligent Systems Co.), a Dallas-based hotel distribution tech company, which increased its connectivity to over 1,25,000 hotels in 2018.[3]

RateGain acquired BCV, a Chicago-based social media management and strategy company catering to the luxury hospitality sector, in June 2019.[4]

Funding & Investments

In 2015, the company raised $50 million from TA Associates, one of the largest and the most respected private equity firms.[5]

In August 2020, RateGain raised another round of funds of $14.9 million with Avtaar Ventures.[6]
