Most Routers offer DHCP services but you can also configure a DHCP server your computer for you network.
Using Ubuntu you can install isc-dhcp-server
[1].
Install isc-dhcp-server
:
sudo apt install isc-dhcp-server
Configure your new installed DHCP server:
- Config file:
/etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf
