Lockout policy (Windows)

To set an account lockout policy in Windows:
Go to Start-->Programs--> Administrative Tools--> Local Security Policy Under Account Policies--> Account Lockout Policies, set values for all three options. Five invalid attempts with 3-minute lockout durations are reasonable choices.
