-rest Accept public REST requests (default: 0)
-server Accept command line and JSON-RPC commands
-reindex Rebuild chain state and block index from the blk*.dat files on disk. This will also rebuild active optional indexes.
-rpcauth
-datadir=<dir> Specify data directory
