apt install pkg-config



For pkg-config to find [email protected] you may need to set:
  export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="/Users/el/brew/opt/[email protected]/lib/pkgconfig"

For pkg-config to find postgresql@16 you may need to set:
  export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="/Users/user/brew/opt/postgresql@16/lib/pkgconfig"
