op service-account --help
Manage service accounts.

Usage:  op service-account [command] [flags]

Commands:
  create      Create a service account
  ratelimit   Retrieve rate limit usage for a service account

Flags:
  -h, --help   help for service-account

To list the global flags available on every command, run  'op --help'.

Run 'op service-account [command] --help' for more information on the command.
