ruby@2.7 is keg-only, which means it was not symlinked into /usr/local, because this is an alternate version of another formula.

because this is an alternate version of another formula.

libpq is keg-only, which means it was not symlinked into /opt/homebrew,
because conflicts with postgres formula.
