Configure OpenSSH to reuse ssh connections

Configure ssh client (OpenSSH) to reuse connections using ControlMaster, ControlPath and ControlPersist directives.

Example

ControlMaster == auto
ControlPath ~/.ssh/sockets/%C
ControlPersist 36000
