FZE and VAT[edit]
According to the Value-Added Tax (VAT) laws in the UAE, businesses providing services to customers outside of the UAE are considered exports and are generally not subject to VAT. However, the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has clarified that if a business is registered for VAT in the UAE, it must charge VAT on all taxable supplies, regardless of whether they are made to customers inside or outside of the UAE.
Therefore, if the FZE company is registered for VAT in the UAE and provides services to customers outside of the UAE, it will need to charge VAT on those services. Source: ChatGPT
