0) Create new project: argocd_project (destination, source_repos)

1) Verify spec.SyncPolicy: prune = false

      syncPolicy:
       syncOptions:
         - CreateNamespace=true
         - ServerSideApply=true
         - PrunePropagationPolicy=foreground
       automated:
         prune: true
         selfHeal: true
